Mouthguard Clinic:
Date: Saturday November 18th from 8:00am - 2:00pm.
Location: Nick Smith Centre Hall, Arnprior.

Hockey Stars for Hope and Arnprior Minor Hockey welcomed all players to the 1st annual Mouthguard Clinic on Saturday November 18th from 8:00am - 2:00pm. The clinic was held in the hall at the Nick Smith Centre.

Local dentists and dental professionals volunteered their time to further improve the safety of minor hockey in Arnprior. Custom fit mouthguards offer improved protection against traumatic dental and head injuries, they are a superior fit allowing for better comfort, breathing, and speaking resulting in more endurance and energy throughout the game.

Individuals had their choice of mouthguard colour and received a protective case for $40! Net proceeds from the event will benefit Hockey Stars for Hope, an organization dedicated to "Helping Kids Play" who have the passion but not the financial resources to enjoy the game of hockey.

Mouthguards not picked up the day of the clinic will be made available for pick up at Arthur Street Dental Health Group.
